At Straw, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35 (before tax and discounts).
- Orders under $35 will have a flat $5 shipping rate.
Delivery Time
- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within the carrier’s standard delivery window. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Incorrect Address Policy
- Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, the shipping address cannot be changed. Straw relies on the accuracy of the address provided at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is submitted and the package cannot be delivered, Straw cannot offer a refund or reship the item.
- We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Straw is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
- We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking information to help ensure your package’s safe arrival.

- We currently ship within United States & Canada.
- Straw is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
