Warranty Policy
At Straw, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. All items purchased from us come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including (but not limited to):
- Hardware or attachment failures
- Stitching or seam defects
- Material defects (such as silicone tearing or fraying fabric)
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear (including fading, pilling, or minor surface marks)
- Changes due to washing, cleaning, or exposure to harsh conditions
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
How to Make a Claim
If you experience an issue with your product within the warranty period, please contact us at info@strawco.ca with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on product availability.
