Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $5 return shipping fee.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
